A Summer Playlist

There are definitely songs that seem meant particularly for summer listening. The Postal Service’s one-and-only album, Give Up, for example, is pretty much the perfect summer album, especially when you’re in your late teens and full of Young Person Angst, as I was when it came out. That album is always going to feel right for this time of year (I hope! There are certain things you just don’t want to grow out of), but in the Spirit of Adventure and to satisfy (for a moment) my constant craving for new music, I rounded up 12 NEW songs that would pair perfectly with a car-windows-rolled down, hair-getting-tangled-in-knots-in-the-breeze cruise around Indy, or dance party in your kitchen, like you do. Like I do.

Enjoy!
